Take a moment to Breathe and release your stress!

Discover how you can utilize your breath to reduce your stress!

One of the most powerful tools that we have at our disposal to reduce stress is our breath. When used properly, we can use it to bring ourselves to the present moment, discipline our mind in meditation, or use it to move our energy and shift our state of being.

We get so busy in life that we sometimes literally forget to breathe.  By carving moments out of our day to focus on our breath, we can instantly reduce our stress, access our power, and keep ourselves aligned with our heart’s desire.

The present moment is where we access our infinite potential! It does not exist in the past. It does not exist in the future. It is right here, right now! Nothing brings us to the moment like simply observing our breath.

Commit yourself for the next week to come back here and breathe while watching this video. Through this simple process you will dramatically reduce your stress, begin to discipline your mind, and tune the strings of your life expression.

Please share what opens up for you. I would love to hear your comments below!

Have a happy and harmonious day!

With gratitude,

Mark Romero

Thank you for your Take a Moment and Breath. It was exactly what I needed. I was wondering, is it possible to buy it so I can put it on my iPod, and be able to use it when I’m not in front of my computer. Thank you very much!

Hello Pauline: Thank you for the note. So glad that you liked the process. Unfortunately, this process is not set up to buy. I would suggest that you convert the YouTube to an MP3 and import into your phone, or just save the link to your phone and watch/listen from there. Hope this helps!
